Software engineer - Gameplay programmer

After obtaining my engineering degree in electronics-informatics at CPE Lyon (specialization in Image Processing and 3D Modeling), I decided to focus on videogame programming. This field allows me to apply all the theoretical aspects learned during my studies and to combine them with my passion for gaming. This environment makes me feel completely fulfilled. Being naturally very curious, autonomous and versatile, I am always looking for intellectual stimulation, and the challenges brought by video game programming are not lacking.

During the past year I participated in the Gamagora Game Show 2019 (as an external programmer) thanks to the partnership between my school and the Gamagora video game training. I was able to bring my engineering know-how to integrate an AI to the Silverlining game, but also to implement shaders (outline, glow ...).

I was then recruited at Artefacts Studio to work on the game The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk. I started with a 6-month internship to validate my diploma, before getting recruited as a Junior Gameplay Programmer for another 6 months. I was in charge of the implementation of a spontaneous character speaking system, as well as the passive skills system and boss fights.
